Refund policy

At Hoffman Legacy Creations, every piece is made with purpose—and often made just for you. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, our return policy is more limited than traditional retail. That said, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.


🧢 Returns & Eligibility (30 Days)

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if:

  • Your item is damaged
  • There’s a defect
  • You received the wrong item

Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Additionally, certain product types cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing.


🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase required

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note: Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
