Returns & Refunds
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, tags on, original packaging).

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Contact@hoffmanlegacycreations.com with your order number or call (484) 544-9513. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.

Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
