• Colors: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. Because actual colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee your screen's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or errors in pricing/product information.
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as carrier issues.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds
All returns and exchanges are governed by our return policy. Items must be in original condition (unworn, tags attached). Hats must be returned in a box to maintain their shape.
